Refund policy
For Digital Goods:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, any digital good purchased from our store can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By purchasing, you agree to accept the item(s) as-is, in a digital format only, and as a non-refundable item.
Please note that by expressly consenting to the immediate delivery of digital goods at checkout, buyers acknowledge and agree that once the download link is generated or emailed, they completely waive their 14-day right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a cancellation or refund. The date and time of this consent is recorded at checkout.
Buyers are required to consent to this agreement before purchasing digital goods on this website by selecting the disclaimer notice checkbox before payment.
For Physical Goods:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), digital goods (such as downloadable files), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital goods, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form: https://maridah.shop/pages/eu-withdrawal-form. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay.
This policy applies to physical goods only. By checking a box to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital goods at checkout, buyers acknowledge and agree to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for returns during this cooling-off period. Buyers are required to acknowledge this agreement prior to payment processing. The date and time of this consent is recorded at checkout.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
